טְעַם(טָעִים) טְעֵים ch. sam( Hif. הִטְעִים to give to taste). Targ. 1 Sam. 14:24; a. fr.Targ. Y. Deut. 32:1 דלא טַעֲמִין מיתותא which taste no death (heaven and earth).Ber.44a דלא ט׳ זיונא that he tasted no food.
